Most vending complaints come down to the same thing: nobody's really watching the machines. We built our company around watching them — and around stocking more than a classic snack rack.
Brownback Snacks exists because vending is usually an afterthought — machines get installed, visits get missed, favorites sell out, and the card reader stays broken for a month. Property managers end up fielding complaints about a service they don't even run.
We run vending the way it should be run: as an operations business. Every machine we place is connected and monitored. Restocking is planned from live inventory data. Repairs start when the machine reports a fault, not when a guest complains at the front desk. The mix covers AI grab-and-go food, drinks, sundries, and collectible trading cards — whatever the property actually needs.
